What cannot be saved?
Heavily contaminated porous items and anything structurally ruined. We flag those on the inventory rather than quietly discarding them.
How do I know where my things are?
Everything is barcoded or listed on the inventory, and you get a copy.
Can I get to items during storage?
Yes, with notice we can pull specific items for you.
Do you clean electronics?
We coordinate specialty electronics cleaning where the item is worth restoring.
