Contents Cleaning & Pack-Out in Wixom, MI

Your belongings can usually be saved.

We run contents & pack-out jobs in Wixom regularly, and most of them start the same way: someone finds water, smoke or mold hours after the damage began. What happens in the first day decides how much of the house has to come apart. Our crews work out of Commerce Township, so getting to Wixom is a short drive, not a dispatch decision made in another state.

We're based roughly 6 miles from Wixom, in Commerce Township.

Why this happens in Wixom

Wixom sits in the same freeze-thaw cycle as the rest of southeast Michigan. Pipes in exterior walls and unheated crawl spaces fail in January, saturated ground overwhelms sump pumps in spring, and storms take shingles off in summer.

Our process

What a contents & pack-out job looks like from start to finish.

  1. Step 1

    Inventory

Item-by-item list with photographs for you and your insurer.

  2. Step 2

    Pack-out

Careful packing and transport of salvageable contents.

  3. Step 3

    Clean and deodorize

Method matched to the item: ultrasonic, hand cleaning, laundering, ozone or hydroxyl treatment.

  4. Step 4

    Storage and return

Secure storage, then delivery and placement when the home is finished.

Questions from Wixom property owners

What cannot be saved?

Heavily contaminated porous items and anything structurally ruined. We flag those on the inventory rather than quietly discarding them.

How do I know where my things are?

Everything is barcoded or listed on the inventory, and you get a copy.

Can I get to items during storage?

Yes, with notice we can pull specific items for you.

How quickly can you get to Wixom?

We dispatch to Wixom around the clock. Call and we will give you a straight answer on when a crew can be at the door instead of a promise we cannot keep.

Do you work with Wixom permits and inspections?

Yes. Where the repair scope requires a permit, we pull it with the local building department and schedule the inspections as part of the job.

Need help in Wixom right now?

Call and you get the company that does the work, not a call center routing your job to whoever bid the most.
