Mold Remediation in Metro Detroit
Mold is a moisture problem first. We fix both.
Mold grows where something stayed wet. Killing the visible growth without fixing the water source just buys a few weeks. We contain the area, remove affected materials under negative air pressure, clean and treat what stays, then correct the moisture that caused it.

Our process
The same sequence on every job, scaled to the size of the loss.
- Step 1
Find the moisture source
Meters and inspection to identify why the material stayed wet.
- Step 2
Containment
Plastic containment and negative air machines so spores do not spread.
- Step 3
Removal and cleaning
Affected porous materials are removed, remaining surfaces are HEPA vacuumed and treated.
- Step 4
Dry and prevent
Structural drying and moisture correction, then rebuild.
What usually causes it

Questions we get about mold
Do I need a mold test?
Not always. If you can see it and know why it got wet, testing rarely changes the plan. For a dispute or a health concern, we will recommend an independent hygienist.
Is bleach enough?
No. Bleach does not remove mold from porous material and leaves water behind.
How big is a small job?
Under roughly ten square feet is usually straightforward. Larger areas need containment and negative air.
Will insurance pay?
Sometimes, when it follows a covered water loss. Long-term humidity is usually excluded.
Damage does not wait. Neither do we.
Call and you get the company that does the work, not a call center routing your job to whoever bid the most.
