Emergency Board-Up & Roof Tarping in Monroe, MI

Open to the weather? We can secure it today.

We run board-up & tarping jobs in Monroe regularly, and most of them start the same way: someone finds water, smoke or mold hours after the damage began. What happens in the first day decides how much of the house has to come apart. Our crews work out of Commerce Township, so getting to Monroe is a short drive, not a dispatch decision made in another state.

We're based roughly 45 miles from Monroe, in Commerce Township.

Why this happens in Monroe

Monroe sits in the same freeze-thaw cycle as the rest of southeast Michigan. Pipes in exterior walls and unheated crawl spaces fail in January, saturated ground overwhelms sump pumps in spring, and storms take shingles off in summer.

Our process

  2. Step 2

    Roof tarping

Reinforced tarp, properly fastened, sized to shed water.

  4. Step 4

    Document and plan

Photos for your claim and a scope for the permanent repair.

Questions from Monroe property owners

How fast can you secure the property?

Board-up and tarping are our fastest dispatch. Call and we will tell you when a crew can be there.

How long does a tarp last?

A properly installed tarp holds for weeks, not days, but it is temporary by design.

Is this covered?

Emergency mitigation is typically covered and generally expected of you as the policyholder.

How quickly can you get to Monroe?

We dispatch to Monroe around the clock. Call and we will give you a straight answer on when a crew can be at the door instead of a promise we cannot keep.

Do you work with Monroe permits and inspections?

Yes. Where the repair scope requires a permit, we pull it with the local building department and schedule the inspections as part of the job.

Need help in Monroe right now?

Call and you get the company that does the work, not a call center routing your job to whoever bid the most.
